All orders from McCabeWatches.com are delivered to the UK FREE OF CHARGE and will be delivered the next working day (subject to stock) if the order is placed before 1PM.
Orders from McCabeWatches.com can be delivered Worldwide and are FREE OF CHARGE.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and the rest of the World will take 2-5 working days to arrive.
All prices shown on the site include 20% UK VAT. Customers from countries inside the EU will be charged VAT at checkout and shipments will not be subject to customs charges upon delivery. Customers from the Rest of the World will be charged for your purchase a price non inclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other local duties which may apply depending on where in the world you are. Any charges applied upon import are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer. If items are returned to us uncleared, re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due.

We will keep you up to date every step of the way during the delivery process. All items dispatched by McCabeWatches.com will need to be signed for and can be tracked through the carrier's website using the tracking number sent at dispatch. All items are fully insured to the correct value.
As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your James McCabe purchase you can return the item to us within 28 days for your choice of exchange, full refund or a credit note.
Any watches returned to us must be unworn and in an original and resalable condition with the tamper-evident label still attached. The item must be returned with all branded packaging supplied with the purchase.
To return an item, log-in to your account at www.mccabewatches.com and select Order History, then ‘Return an Item’ using the tab at the top of the page and follow the simple steps from there. Please remember to enclose your invoice with your return, stating if you would like a refund or exchange. Please try and make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. Dartmouth Brands Ltd cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.
